Original established 2007, we have been working with homeowners, individuals with disabilities, businesses & charity organisations, to adapt, convert, renovate & extend their properties to meet their needs. We also specialist in disability architecture & adaptations following serious injury or negligence & are expert witnesses to the Court. We are a firm regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are expert member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). We have extensive experience and knowledge in disabled adaptations needs, design, project management, managing contractors, finding suitable properties & expert or advisory reports. We have worked with numerous leading claimant and defence solicitors.

"Great attention to detail. Excellent drawings. Initial overall design idea was spot on. Ensured the final design for a level access bedroom and wetroom met the needs of our disabled son and ourselves. This took a few months of discussion and amendments to the details of the design, but it was time well spent. David acted as managing agent during the build and ensured everything was completed exactly to specification. Also ensured that all safety certificates, guarantees and operating instructions were handed over to us. Our son is very happy with his extension, having settled into it and gained more independence immediately. Family life is less stressful, as caring for him is much easier and less time consuming. Designing for a child who is growing and has evolving needs is very challenging, but David was up for the challenge."
