the delivery driver did not rang the door bell nor did not used the letter boxcould please tell me when im getting my delivery as didnt ge tit yesterday as well he just posted a card with a qr code on it
Theft
Looks like an Apple iPad has 'gone missing' somewhere between Preston dpd depot and the store I asked it to be delivered to. I've reported to police as dpd doing nothing and the drivers or depot staff are surely thriving these items that are going missing
Don't use DPD! AVOID
I ordered a new phone from 3. It was sent from DPD. I work during the week and wasn't home to receive it. I tried to rearrange delivery but couldn't as DPD don't deliver at weekends. I can't collect from the local depot, no idea why. So my phone is at the local delivery office and I can't speak to a human. I tried the generic number for DPD and they cut me off twice without speaking to anybody.
Dreadful Delivery Service
I received a text from a DPD driver called Mariya saying they had my parcel. The next thing was another text saying it had had been delivered and left in a safe place. I was waiting for the driver but they did not show up and when I called DPD they did not know who this driver was and said they had no record of my package. My advice is do not use these people. They are not reliable or helpful.
