Family Friendly Karate in Burscough We are a Family friendly martial arts school operating in our own dedicated premises estabblish for 10yrs with 30yrs worth of martial arts and teaching experience.

For the 3-6yr olds we have our Little Dragons programme - a fun but disciplined class where Kids learn the basics of Karate along with socialising skills, discipline, courage, respect and self-control.

We also have our Family classes for all ages and abilities - Adults and Children alike.

We also teach a Ladies only Kickboxing and cardio class.

Our martial art is the dynamic exciting and effective Korean style of Karate know as Soo Bahk Do a style heavily influenced by indigenous Korean, Okinawan and also Chinese martial arts. Our school is great for Kids, Families and Adults to train and learn great new skills in a friendly safe environment free from intimidation (though not free from hard work)!
